Rules and Regulations – Issue 3 (2025)
Sherborne RFC Ltd has published Issue 3 (2025) of its Rules and Regulations. This update has been prepared in line with the latest HMRC guidance for Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASC) and reflects the company’s current legal structure as a Limited Company.
A formal submission has also been made by post to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Mutual Societies, alongside the year-end accounts, following the most recent Annual General Meeting held at the club.
At this AGM, it was confirmed that Alistair Powel stepped down from his position at the end of the season. Gary Lonsdale has since put himself forward to take on the role of Honorary Secretary.
