Venue Hire at Sherborne RFC

Looking for a flexible venue in Sherborne? Our newly refurbished clubhouse is available to hire and offers a welcoming setting for community groups, private functions, and business events.

  • Excellent facilities – Wooden floor, WiFi, two large smart TVs, electric heating, CCTV, and a patio overlooking the Terrace Playing Field and children’s play park.

  • 5-star kitchen – Built in 2024 and awarded the highest food hygiene rating by Dorset Council. Fully equipped with oven, griddle, microwave, fridges, dishwasher, and a service view into the club room.

Hire Rates

  • Club Room only: £15 per hour

  • Club Room & Kitchen: £18 per hour

Events requiring our licensed bar are available for club members and their guests under our premises certificate. For non-members, a Temporary Event Notice may be required. Please speak to us to confirm arrangements.
